Old City Films Casting Call

Hello,

This is Millzz from Tremendous Filmz and I'm just writing to stay informed with everyone and to talk about some up and coming projects and some good news. First Tremendous Filmz has changed it's name to Old City Films along with a new website that is now up and running at: www.oldcityfilms.com. The site is very new (like today) with just a few pages, but we are working on adding more as we go.

Second, I must say that I'm very sorry for the long delay and that this summer was a learning experience for us and I hope that we can move forward and continue filming this winter continuing in to the summer and so on. We have planned to still meet at:

One weekend a month and to do all the filming there that day. We will meet in the conference room on the first floor to the left of the main entrance. One Saturday of the month with every other saturdays filming at others locations, but that will be our main meeting place every month from here on out. We plan on doing all the filming at that location all day so please be willing to film for some periods of time. Filming should be between 11:00am to 4:00 pm that day. I feel that if we can get a good amount of short films together that when it's time to do a full length film that we will be prepared and ready with a steady amount of actors on hand. Because this summer I realized that it is hard to get a good amount of actors together in one place at one time. I plan on continue filming with new scripts and bigger ideas for the future. I would like for people to try and come out and film with us and to bring new ideas as we grow forward in this business. If anyone have any ideas on what topic to film or a location to film at, please bring it to the table and lets talk about it as a group. Feel free to call me at home anytime with your thoughts and ideas. We plan on posting the video clips on the website every month with new clips as we go along. We are scheduled to be in a few film festivals this winter so we will be filming for that as well. I will be emailing everyone again later this week because I have to book a date for this month at the library, so please look for that. Once again I'm sorry for the long delay and that this summer was a learning curve and I hope everyone can come out and film with us as we move forward with new ideas.

PS Just a reminder that the new website is up and we wish for all of you to check it out and email us if you can make the meeting on 11/14. Please call or email us your thoughts about any filming topics. We just received distribution from a major DVD distribution chain so please stay in tuned for more good news about that. We will talk about that at the meeting, so please try and attend the filming on 11/14 and 12/19/09.
